Originally from Orlando, Florida, Kaylania Chapman relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in the summer of 2025, a season she understands as part of God’s continuing direction for her life. She is an author, entrepreneur, mother of an adult son, and founder of The Expansion Institute.
In 2012, she founded Eureka Digital Media, beginning a journey in digital entrepreneurship, creative business development, and online brands. She also worked in nursing and healthcare for several years, an experience that deepened her appreciation for compassionate service, listening, and responsibility. Her experience across business, media, healthcare, leadership, and ministry helped shape her vision for equipping others to move forward with faith and practical understanding.
Over the years, Kaylania has served in prophetic and leadership capacities. Her heart for biblical encouragement, discernment, and developing leaders informs the Institute's faith-centered approach.
Why I created The Expansion Institute
“I believe God calls us not simply to dream, but to steward what He places in our hands. I created The Expansion Institute out of a desire to encourage people who know there is more to build, more to learn, and more room to grow. I want to help emerging and established leaders develop clarity, strengthen their foundations, and take meaningful action without separating their faith from the work before them.”
Kaylania's vision is to cultivate an encouraging environment where entrepreneurs, leaders, and individuals can be equipped through biblical insight, practical learning, and authentic mentorship. Her approach is grounded in service, growth, accountability, and the belief that preparation matters.
